Our ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held at lunch (12:00) in the gymnasium of Chilliwack Secondary School on Friday, October 24th during the Catalyst Conference.
All active BCTF members with BCScTA memberships are eligible for voting. The proposed agenda (which includes minutes from 2024) and the proposed Budget for 2025-2026, have been emailed to members. If you have not received them, please contact us at
bcscta@gmail.com.
The AGM will also be an opportunity for members to run for positions on the executive. We are currently looking for members with specialization in elementary education as well as a member who is interested in serving as communications officer.
